IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
NO CASH REFUNDS.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON: SUNGLASSES, WOMEN’S SWIMWEAR OR HARD GOODS OF ANY KIND (this includes but not limited to surfboards, skateboards, skim boards, bodyboards).
We are happy to issue a store credit or exchange your items. Any merchandise being brought back needs to be unworn, unused and undamaged. Must have proof of purchase and be within 30 days of purchase.
If a product is defective, we want to make it right. We will need to see the item or receive pictures of the item to determine next steps. Please contact us via phone or email seen on our website.

We are currently unable to process returns for internet or phone purchases.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Shipping amounts are calculated by weight and shipping destination.
